Most commercial
HVAC systems have a useful life expectancy of 15 years (American
Society of Heating and Air Conditioning Engineers, 1999 HVAC
applications). If your system is near or at that age, you should be
planning and budgeting for replacement. Waiting until your unit dies
will limit your selection of equipment to what’s available quickly!
“Thank you for
ALL YOUR HELP of late. I am very impressed with your crew. Together
we are keeping our employees very comfortable. I truly appreciate
all your efforts in supporting us so well!”
